That looks amazing! I am beginning to think beef really would work - a slow cooked piece of beef breaks down much the same way pork does (stringy shreds) - certainly worth a try.

We're already grilling! Paul hooked our grill up to take Patio Gas instead of whatever typically gets used over here, so even on the cold days we're good to go. In fact, it's sausages with BBQ Pit Boys vodka BBQ sauce for lunch over here. :)
